How to Cleanse: Your Cleanse has been formulated to help detoxify your body with a balance of fresh vegetables and fruits. Although there is no particular order, it is best to have a good balance of juices included with your cleanse.  Drink each portion in 2-3 hour intervals or when you start feeling hungry, timing is not critical. Always include water along with your cleanse.

Remember your juices are unpasteurized, the enzymes and good bacteria are still alive. We press several times a week to ensure your juices are fresh and the nutrients are not deteriorating. Please keep cold until ready to start juicing, and consume within about 3-4 days. Remember to shake up that goodness!

Choose 3 days that would be convenient for you to do a cleanse. Yes, doing it during work is fine and probably helpful since free time is tough when you are not eating. The days prior, try to limit coffee and alcohol. No eating fried foods or anything equally unhealthy.

Food is not allowed during the cleanse but if you do get hungry, a small snack of a raw vegetable, nuts, or a healthy snack bar is fine.

Before your cleanse: It is important to prepare for a cleanse. Clear your calendar. Choose a week where you will not be distracted or tempted during your cleanse. Dedicate a week to prepare and a week for your cleanse, to give yourself the best opportunity to rejuvenate.

Processed foods: Cut out acid forming foods. This means cutting out or significantly reducing alcohol, dairy, refined sugar, and animal products.

Hydrate!!: Become more mindful to hydrate yourself at a cellular level. Which means consuming hydrating fruits and vegetables. Drink at least 2 liters or half a gallon of purified water a day.

After your cleanse: After your great hard work of truly cleansing your body of toxicity, the final stage is the transition back to your normal life and diet. As much as you may want to rush back into your habitual life and foods, they’re not going anywhere. Respect your body and the hard-cleansing work it has done for you.

Follow a Transition plan: Incorporate habits from your cleansing program to continue to support your health. Some great habits to incorporate are: drinking lemon water upon waking, eating fruits or our raw juice before noon, keeping well hydrated and replacing a meal occasionally with our juice.

Repeat: Regular detoxification is a great way to maintain your health. Cleansing removes toxicity, layers at a time, the more you cleanse, it taps deeper and addresses different areas. We recommend doing a 3-day cleanse, and then continuing with a maintenance cleanse every other month.
